We crafted Heavy Hearted to feel like a vivid night out turned inward: flashing lights, raw emotion, sudden stillness. Each scene shifts between distorted vignettes and sharp movement, echoing the track’s layered tension. The main visual effect was developed over several weeks with a custom approach, designed to feel seamless, never like an off-the-shelf plugin, while preserving the richness of Leander Ott’s cinematography. Our goal was to enhance, not overshadow. Every frame was built to deepen the song’s mood without explaining it.
